My name is Glen Durrant;. I am director of communications for buycheapsoftware.com, softman products llc, marina del rey, california. You manufacture our proshot webcams. Unfortunately we have a serious problem that only you can help with. We need the updated drivers for Windows XP Service pack 2 so the camera will work. 95% of our stock is being returned because the product will not work with windows xp and we have not been provided with the driver. If we cannot support the product we cannot sell it. Please provide us with the drivers for the notebook and proshot geneeric electronics cameras immediately.
