| New or used (preferably manufactured during or after the year 2000) General Electric LM6000 turbines, Model PC with Sprint package, 50 Hz, and dual fuel (natural gas and fuel oil) (the "Equipment") together with all spare parts, stack, operating and maintenance manuals, maintenance records, existing manufacturer and service warranties, transformers, storage piping, compressors and other accessories as may be identified by Seller. Seller shall provide Buyer the following information (i) date of manufacture, (ii) run time hours (if overhauled the initial hours to overhaul and the hours after overhaul to present) , (iii) number of starts and (iv) primary fuel used during run time hours. |
