1. On 29.12.2005 we signed a contract with the ministry of investment to rent 3000 sq. meter in Port-Said free zone.
2. Following sites are foreseen for stores and ware houses { 1000 sq. meter in Cairo (Egypt Center) , 2000 sq. meter in Al-Fayoum industrial city (south Cairo) and 2000 sq. in Tanta (middle of Nile Delta)} .
3. Our plan is to assemble in Port-Said Free Zone and to distribute to Egypt with 20% tax for CKD imported parts and to distribute for the rest of the world without tax.
4. Units we intent to assemble are 12000, 18000 and 24000 BTU/Hr. wall mtd.
5. Brand name : 厖厖.
6. Proposal No.1 Estimated cost U.S.$ Charged to
6.1 Land 262500. -
6.2 Factory with assembling 200000. -
6.3 Ware houses 150000. -
6.4 Office equipment 20000. -
6.5 Transport units 30000. -
6.6 First 3 months operation 40000. -
6.7 L/C for CKD 500000. -
Total of U.S. $ 1,202,500.-
We proposed a 49% shares for you and 51% shares for EGA.

We proposed a 40% shares for you and 60% shares for EGA.

We proposed a 10% shares for know how and payment facility for you and 90% shares for EGA.
Know how means : 2 technicians and 2 administrators.
Payment facility means: payment of L/C for CKD parts is 180 days from each shipment delivery date.
