T.he Melody has 9 levels of pH to choose from, giving it an extremely broad range of 4.0 (acid) to 12.0 (alkaline). This maximum is ten times more alkaline than the Microlite.
It has the most sophisticated self-cleaning system of all water ionizers. When you first turn the unit on, there is NO WAIT for alkaline water; even though it's cleaning itself, your drinking water is immediately available. Not only that, it cleans itself silently after you stop drawing water. The Melody connects in minutes to the kitchen tap. Also, --unique to the Melody, a convenient on/off water valve in the front of the unit allows you the option of plumbing directly into the water supply (mains) beneath the sink.
